ingredients:-
1)curd- 4 bowl
2)sugar- 1/3 bowl
3) cardamom-1/2 spoon
4)dryfruits- pista 5,6,kaju- 7,8, almond-5,6
5)ice cubes- 10/12
6) fresh cream -८ table spoon
आवश्यकानि सहित्यानी –
१)दधि -४ अर्ध कटोर :।
२)शर्करा -१/३ कटोर:।
३)एला चूर्णम -१/२ चमस:
४)शुष्क फलानि-
५)हिम खण्ड:-१०,१२
६)मण्ड: – ८ चमस:।
