Introduction about Dal Bati-
Dal Baati is a popular Rajasthani dish consisting of mainly Moong Dal and chana dal and Baati i.e. small wheat bread balls. Baati is dipped in pure ghee and served hot in a traditional earthen pot.
Ingredients :-
1)For Dal:-
1)Moong Dal -half bowl
2)Chana Dal-1/4 bowl
3)green chilly-1
4)Ginger- 2/3 pieces
5)ghee- 2 spoon
5)salt-1 spoon
6)red chilli powder (kashmiri Red Chilli powder)-1 spoon
7)Turmeric Powder-1/2 spoon
8)coriander leaves-half bowl
9)chopped Tomato- 1 bowl
10) Chopped onion-1 bowl
11) water- 1 glass
2)For Bati:-
1)Wheat Flour- 1,1/2 bowl
2)Ajwain-1 1/2 spoon
3) salt- 1/2 spoon
4) Ghee- 3 spoon
5)water-1/2 glass
